Are all your sunglasses authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all our eyewear is 100% authentic. Each pair comes with the original designer case, cleaning cloth, and a certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer.
Do you offer prescription lenses for designer frames?
Currently, we sell sunglasses with their original designer non-prescription lenses. However, most of our frames are 'optical ready,' meaning you can have your local optician fit them with prescription lenses.
What is your return policy for luxury eyewear?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, tags, and security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.
How do I know which frame size will fit my face?
Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length). You can compare these to your current glasses, which usually have these numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, we ship our designer collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties.
How should I care for my designer sunglasses?
To maintain your sunglasses, always store them in their protective case when not in use. Clean the lenses only with the provided microfiber cloth and professional lens cleaner; avoid using paper towels or clothing which can scratch the coating.
